Animal Krackers

Looking at Max, it's hard to believe that someone could abandon him! 

I had the pleasure of taking him for a walk when I volunteered for Animal Krackers a couple of weekends ago.

The charity is incredibly small, and manage to cope with the help of some very dedicated volunteers.

We walked in the pouring rain with a few other dogs waiting to find new owners, and it was a fantastic experience, if a little sad from the stories I heard...
